How can I start with website maitenance service?
It’s very simple to start. Just choose your desired website maintenance package & complete the online payment. Your account will be setup and a representative will be in touch with information on further steps.

What if I exhaust the number of hours in monthly package I choose before the period it was for?
If the number of hours as per the website maintenance plan are exhausted before the period of your website maintenance plan, you can buy more number of hours or renew / upgrade any of the website maintenance package. We recommend for renewal or upgradation of website maintenance package as it will be more cost effective for you.
Can I have multiple sites with single plan?
No, a single site maintenance will be included in single plan.
What information do you need from me?
In order to get started and to move your website over to our super powerful WordPress server we will need your website admin and FTP/SFTP login details. You can either send us your existing logins or create a new user for us to access the website.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely! We take data safety very seriously. All our servers are hosted in world class data centers with 24 surveillance & physical security. Also all server password credentials are handled with utmost care and only authorized personnel have access to it.
Will unused number of hours in a month be carried to next month?
As the packages are on monthly recurring basis, number of unused hours will not be carried forward to the next month.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my website maintenance plan any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. The change will be effective from next billing cycle. You can contact our support team to help with your plan changes.
